How the pre-order works
After many years of searching and finding the right UK based partner to create and supply our custom jersey’s, we are proud to be working with Endura for our BRAND NEW jerseys that are now available to pre-order.
The style and fit we have chosen is the ever popular roomy Singletrack jersey that has long been a favourite in Endura’s catalogue.
How the pre-order works
Endura have been making custom jerseys for many years and their industry leading process results in tailored designs across their range to the highest quality. This is how it works:
- Purchase your jerseys*
- Once we have received enough orders to meet the minimal requirements set by Endura, Marmalade MTB will send Endura a bulk order consisting of all your orders
- Endura will process the order and update with an estimated completion and shipping date (Endura production lead time is 8-10 weeks)
- Marmalade MTB will keep you updated by email on the estimated duration
- Endura will send the bulk order to Marmalade MTB
- Marmalade MTB will then package your individual orders and ship them to your chosen address
* please note returns and refunds are not available if your jersey does not fit or you have ordered the wrong style or fit – please ensure you consult the sizing chart

Bulk order minimum quantities (x5)
Each jersey type (gender and sleeve option) has a minimum order quantity of five. If a specific jersey (e.g womens, long sleeve) does not reach the minimal requirement after an elapsed time (e.g 3 months), anyone who has ordered that option will be offered these three choices:
- A jersey type that has exceeded the minimum quantity
- A credit towards future experiences
- Full refund

We are offering two options to receive your new jersey(s), simply select which one suits you from the drop down menu above:

- This will be from Marmalade’s Surrey Hills HQ by arrangment via email or WhatsApp
- To fit around any rides you are planning to do on your own or with us e.g. coaching, private, open group or the festive eventÂ
- Tracked and signed for postage
- Delivered to an address of your choice
- Posted within 4 working days of receiving the bulk order from Endura
